You make a tallow product and want it reviewed. We buy products at retail and use them for at least 14 days before writing. No paid placements, no gifted-in-exchange-for-coverage arrangements.

House rules
A few things that will get a faster reply.
- Put the topic in the subject line. The email gets routed faster.
- If you found a factual error, include the URL and the exact sentence that is wrong.
- If you are pitching a product for review, include the product name, the brand site, and a sentence about what makes it different. Mass press releases get archived.
- If you have a recipe question, mention which recipe you followed and where it broke down. Most "this did not work" questions have a temperature, ratio, or ingredient brand answer.
- Press inquiries: a deadline helps. I will tell you if I can hit it.
